The Department of Pediatrics is one of the largest in Northeast China, with subspecialties in neonatology, pediatric cardiology, hematology-oncology, and neurology. The Department of Obstetrics is a national key specialty, managing over 15,000 deliveries annually with a dedicated maternal-fetal medicine unit. The Neonatology Department operates a 150-bed NICU treating critically ill newborns.
